Attract a Specific Person | Law Of Attraction Guided Meditation | They Will Come To YOU!
Hi, my name is Andrea and today I’m going to talk about how to attract your perfect match, set the required state of mind, and know when to take the right action to attract your ideal relationship, in both cases: with a random and a specific person.
I will refer to 2 situations: when you don’t have any one particular on your mind and the other one when you are thinking of someone you already know, and you want more from that relationship.
But let me explain first how the Law of Attraction works.
Some people never get the chance to change their lives. Some people never get to know the Universal laws and how to effectively use them to live a happy life. They keep living their unhappy lives because they attract unwanted things, even without knowing. But you already know more than they do, you can sense there is more to it than coincidence. You can do more, you deserve more, and you will have more because you have an incredible power by your side.
In every second of your life, you are attracting whether you know it or not, and if you want this to work for you, you must identify what you really want. Your incredible power lies in the way you think. Bring your awareness to what you are wanting.
Now, for the first situation, I will address today, when you don’t have anyone on your mind, I will show you an easy exercise that will help you gather up your thoughts and keep you focused on what you want and why you want it, long enough to start manifesting. Actually, I used to do this when I was single even without knowing this is a real process, and then I heard Bob Proctor explaining it in one of his videos. I was like, wow, I already did this before. This process resembles the Focus Wheel process that Esther Hicks brought to us, with the only difference that we’re going to use qualities written in the circle and not statements, and that makes it a lot easier.
Let me explain how this process works. You draw a big circle on a piece of paper, and you write this in the middle: My Perfect Relationship. And then you write the qualities you want to see in that person around that circle.
For instance, you want him to be caring, positive, funny, kind, loving, financially stable, responsible, enlightened (and see things as you do), honest, wants commitment, wants family, emotionally stable, knows to listen, and so on. After you have identified the qualities you want to see in the other person, imagine him or her standing next to you during your entire day, goes with you wherever you go, joining you in whatever you are doing. Imagine having conversations, complementing each other, having a good time together. This works because, as you imagine what you want to see in the other, you set your vibrational atmosphere, you calibrate to them and, therefore, you set your own point of attraction. You will be able to attract a person with these qualities simply because you vibrate them.
The other situation I want to address is when you are thinking about a specific person. Let’s say you have broken up with your boyfriend or husband, or there is somebody you like, and you want more from.
You feel miserable, and this is the situation you’re in, and you must shift that.
You must understand that one who is in alignment is more powerful than others who are not. When you are “in alignment with who you really are, you are more powerful than millions who are not,” as Abraham Hicks says. That is when your power of influence increases. You have to decide what you want and spend as much time as you can in that knowing and be stable in your vibration and spend less time pushing against it with doubting and negative thoughts. It doesn’t matter the situation or whatever this person is doing or not doing, you must know clearly what you really want because to manifest anything, you must have a precise, clean vibration.
I have a feeling that you are most likely worried about this situation, wondering how you are going to be able to change it around. This is normal, but these thoughts are not helping you as they are in opposition to what you want.
The only way you can attract this person into your life is by using these 2 steps. The first step, focus on the positive aspects by having a book of positive aspects about him or her, to write down your thoughts. And the second step is positive visualization. Mention what you love about this person, what you appreciate, and you will activate all the positive vibrations from him.
I must mention here that you should not pay attention to what comes back from this person; let’s say he or she is still behaving like before, and you might feel discouraged to continue, but you must understand that this takes time. Just like you can’t change the direction of a car instantly when it already goes in the opposite direction.
This is an ongoing process that never ends, even after you get back together, you will have to work on your vibration to have a happy life. Every single relationship ends because you are both focused on negative things about each other. Every single time! Isn’t that logical that positive focus will bring you together?
So, you have to practice thinking about the positive aspects.
You can use the book of positive aspects, you can visualize, you can imagine, you can daydream, whatever makes you feel good about it.
When you visualize, you need to calm down, relax, and get into the right state of mind. Think of the person you want to get back together with, and what is it that you actually want from this person, then you visualize, imagine, and believe that it’s done.
You have to send out a positive, stable, precise, positive vibration to the Universe. It doesn’t matter how you broke up, how you are relating to each other at this point, maybe you haven’t been together yet, but if there are positive aspects of your relationship at this point, make sure you appreciate them. Use them as a starting point to appreciate other things about it.
If you vibrate that you already are with this person and appreciate it, you are thrilled about it and really feel it like it’s already happened, the Universe will send it to you.
Think about it as often as needed to own it, and don’t forget to keep it to yourself, don’t talk about it with other people because it will confuse you.
Telling about it will slow down the process because you will start doubting it. So, trusting the process is the key.
Anytime you feel worried, it is important not to blame yourself and just repeat the exercise of visualization as many times as you can.
You can do it every day and remember that the visualization goal is to make you feel like you already have it.
When should you take action?
After a little while, you will feel better about the situation and feel impulses to do things. The right inspiration comes only from feeling good, and only then you should act on them. Never ever take action from a place of worry or need.
So let’s start to relax. I suggest that you lay down in a comfortable position. You can just sit if you are pleased with it.
Close your eyes. Try to relax.
Do this meditation in the morning when you are sure you will not be disturbed for five or ten minutes.
Now take a long breath in, hold it for a few seconds, and then breathe out.
Take your time to relax. Let your muscles relax. Clear your mind.
The deeper you relax, the more effective it will be.
Now imagine that you are walking in a room and this person you have been thinking about is there … alone, sitting on the sofa.
His eyes reflect love, interest, and desire. You feel pleased and satisfied.
He looks at you with longing eyes and tells you how much he’s been missing you. He is hoping you want him as much as he wants you.
Notice how happy you feel as you hear this. He tells you that you are so important to him, and he is asking you to get back together with him. You can sense he means it. You can hear it in his voice. He really means it. He says whatever happened in the past is gone. Let it be gone. And that he wants to start fresh, to start things from the beginning all over again.
This is what you wanted, and now is finally real. It’s happening.
Feel appreciation that the Universe has responded so fast. Thank the Universe for this powerful manifestation. Feel it in your body as if it’s already happened. Vibrate it and be grateful.
You can open your eyes now and try to feel good for the rest of the day. Just repeat this any time you need and make sure you have a positive expectation when you think about it. Imagine meeting him in other places, especially if you have favorite locations where you used to meet.
