Attract More Things To Appreciate By Using The Flow of Appreciation Guided Meditation
Welcome to “The Flow of Appreciation Guided Meditation.”
In the next 10 minutes, we will get together into a state of deep relaxation that will take you to a state of full alignment with your own Higher Self. You will allow Source energy to flow through you.
It is recommended that you do this meditation in the morning as you have awakened, before leaving your bed.
Appreciation is the emotion with the highest vibration, according to Abraham Hicks.
Every time we appreciate someone or something, you bring your focus towards the positive aspects of them.
Therefore, you are free of resistant thoughts, and Source Energy can flow smoothly.
This state of being will cause enormous changes in your life because the Law of Attraction will bring you more and more things to appreciate. The law says “That which is like unto itself, is drawn”, that is why every thought that you are thinking is essential.
So the more you appreciate, the more you see the world through the eyes of your Higher-self, and therefore you are in perfect alignment with who you really are.
Now, let’s begin…
Make sure you choose a comfortable position and that you will not be bothered for the next 10 minutes or so. Close your eyes and place your hands near your body. Take a deep breath in … and out…, as you exhale, imagine that you are removing the thoughts from your mind just like the wind is blowing the dry leaves from the ground, leaving the place for peace and clarity. Let’s do it again: Take a deep breath in … and then out…
(…) You are calm now. You feel comfortable and relaxed.
It feels so good… You start feeling the positive energy flowing through you.
I appreciate that I feel rested and at peace.
I appreciate every cell of my body because they know what to do even without my intervention.
I appreciate my heart beating, the blood running through my veins, and I don’t even have to think about it.
I appreciate how comfortable this bed is, the softness of my pillow, and the warmth of my blanket.
I appreciate my room. It’s so full of light as the sunshine is coming in through the window in the morning.
I appreciate my home because it offers me stability and is making me feel safe.
I appreciate that it makes me feel like I have a place where I belong.
I appreciate my family, my dear ones. I am so thrilled I am here on this planet cocreating with them, I wouldn’t do it differently.
I appreciate this time of the year, summer is my favorite season, is so warm and the sun is shining so bright, and I feel that I am happy all of the time.
The colors are bright, and the trees are green, nature is so full of life. I love being out in nature. It makes me achieve the state of alignment so much easier.
I appreciate the birds singing. I appreciate the butterflies. I appreciate all the animals because their vibration is so high all of the time.
I appreciate being alive on this planet today.
I appreciate how our planet is positioned so perfectly in the Universe. Just the right distance from the other planets and the sun, to provide the right temperature for us to be able to live here on Earth.
I appreciate being alive on this planet today.
