6 Tips to Inspire the Happy You get what you want
Why are your feelings so important?
When it comes to achieving your goals, how you feel about your desire is crucial. Have you ever thought about how you feel when you think about it? Does the thought of it make you feel eager and excited or the contrary, it makes you feel tired and beaten up, it feels more like something you want “but” there is always something stopping you from moving on? If we dig even deeper into this direction, the most important component of your success is bringing yourself in a place of being in love with your desire.
I really love the way Louise Hay talks about starting your morning routine with love and you will see noticeable changes in the way you think and little by little changes in how your day is unfolding will start showing up. I absolutely agree with this idea: the first moments of the day, just when you awake, will determine the rest of your day. That is why the majority of teachers agree that the best time to meditate and clear your mind from all the negative thoughts it’s in the morning.
Meditation is when: in the absence of active thought you get in alignment with your Source energy and it’s the perfect state of receiving inspiration from you Inner Being. Thoughts start flowing to you like never before, new thoughts that would never cross your mind otherwise. It could also come in the form of inspiration, you feel the inspiration to try out something else, the doors start opening and as your inner world changes so do the rest of the world. People strat reacting to you differently and it feels to you like you are on the right track. Everything starts falling into place, all kind of synchronicities occur, your life gets better and better. All you need to do is meditate every morning (if possible) for at least 15 minutes, as suggested by Abraham Hicks, it is enough. I will give you details about meditation tehniques in another post.
Massage your thoughts into a better place
One of the main concepts of the Law of Attraction is ” you attract what you think about” wheather you like it or not. Now, let’s contemplate a little bit on this. You create your own reality with your own thoughts, so you better think in a positive way about your desire if you want them to manifest in your life. The only thing stopping you is your own thoughts, your fears, the obstacles you see when a problem shows up. You are enormously slowed down in your manifestation. Convince yourself that no matter where you are and how you feel, everything it’s all right. It’s ok. Don’t judge yourself, don’t be hard on yourself. Next thing you need to do is find a thought that is a little bit better than the one you are feeling right now. I am sure you will find one to make you start off. This is how you move up, step by step, into a better feeling place about your desire.
Affirmations and motivational quotes
Affirmations work when you feel optimistic or good about your desire. Is not a good idea to read affirmations when you feel bad or when you have low self-esteem because it will aggravate the emotion you are feeling. So make sure you feel at least optimistic about it. Now is the moment to step on the gas and bring in some help to boost your self-confidence and increase the positive momentum. Think about how good it feels a sentence like:
“If You Are Working On Something That You Really Care About, You Don’t Have To Be Pushed. The Vision Pulls You.” – Steve Jobs
It makes everything seem so easy and it really is.
Imagine how you want it to be
Consistant thoughts on a topic will make you move in that direction, it doen’t matters if you imagine it or you see it around you, the Universe doesn’t know that. When you send out your good vibes it will respond with good vibes as well.
Don’t let worrisome thoughts take control over you
The sooner you stop the negative thoughts the easier it is for you to get out of its vicious circle. I really like this quote that says:

Build your daily routine
Repetition is the best way to learn something new. Think about what activities can you do to make you feel happy, relaxed and repeat them every day. Those actions will become in time habits and you will perform them automatically and as a result, you will put no effort into it.
